Kriti Sanon Recalls Not Getting Good Opportunities At The Start Of Her Career Because She Was An Outsider; Says, ‘End Up Doing The Best With What You Are Offered’
Kriti Sanon opened up about how as an outsider she tried to do good in the movies that she received while struggling to make a name for herself
Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon is all set star in her first magnum opus movie Adipurush. Having made a smashing debut in the Hindi film industry with Heropanti despite being from a non-film background, she has made a name for herself with sheer hard work and determination. With a string of successful movies under her belt, the actress always offers her fans a versatile performance. Recently she opened up about the time she wasn’t getting good movie opportunities.
In an interview with a leading newspaper the actress recalled her nine year journey in Bollywood. She spoke about the struggling phase in her career when she had more to offer, however she was struggling to find filmmakers that were willing to take a chance on her and believe in her talent. She called her experience frustrating yet enlightening. She was revealed how there were alot more moments where she knew she could do more but she didn’t get the kind of opportunities she wanted. Quoted by Bollywood Life, the 32-year-old actress added, “When you come from the outside, you don’t know people, and they don’t know you. It takes a while to make an impact and for people to associate with you. You end up doing the best you can with what you are offered. On the work front, over the past nine years, the actress has worked in movies like Bareilly Ki Barfi, Luka Chuppi, Panipat, Mimi, Bhediya and Shehzada among many more. She is all set to essay the role of Sita Mata in Om Raut’s directorial Adipurush. She will be seen sharing the screen space with Prabhas, Saif Ali Khan and Sunny Singh. She has The Crew in her pipeline, co-starring Tabu and Kareena Kapoor Khan.
